Sitrarasu R M.Sc B.L
Mr. Sitrarasu is a man with a vision of guiding people to the right path, and with his 30 years of experience in the education scene, he has been doing that successfully.
He passed both the SSC and Railway exams back to back in 1999 and joined the Southern Railways as a Station Master and worked for 23 years until 2023, when he decided to voluntarily retire from service (VRS) to focus on educating the next generations for competitive exams.
He is well-known for his "Shortcut methods" and "Mathematical tricks" that make his teaching great and simple.

Hema N M.A M.Phil
Mrs. Hema started AIM Career Institute in 2005 with a vision to educate people and train them to be the toughest ones in the examinations. Along with being the founder and MD, Mrs. Hema is the head faculty in English and Reasoning in the institute.
